Hi :) I'm moving out next month and I would like to show you the bedroom I am going to leave in the property I am living at the moment. The house is in Christ Church Street, a very good location close to Preston train station and town centre. It has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen (washing machine, dryer, dish washer and glass-ceramic hob), a living room, a bathroom, a larder and a small patio. My bedroom is the largest, which makes it really spacious and comfortable. I share the house with other two girls who also work in Preston. The room would be available from the 23rd June and it costs £385 with all bills included (water, electricity, TV license, Internet and Council Tax as well as a cleaning service once a week), which is very convenient as you don't have to worry about paying anything else. Finally, the landlady is very helpful, kind and understanding so she always helps with the issues regarding the property.
